NIA Special Court Awards Death Sentences in Jhiram Ghati Case
On 16 September 2026, the special NIA court at Jagdalpur imposed death sentences on 10 people convicted in the 2013 Jhiram Ghati attack case. The sentences are subject to the applicable confirmation and appeal process.
